If I was a manager of a store and had an employee that is constantly late for work and is unmotivated, I would first talk to him or her and tell them how I feel about them being late for work and not putting their best effort into it. If that doesn't help with the problem then I would most likely fire that worker and hire someone that is determined come and work. The leadership style that I would use is Democratic Leadership.
